Blocking a user on Land of Sun means to prevent him from sending private messages to your account; you will still be able to see his profile, comments, reviews etc and he can do the same with you. You can't send him private messages.

Blocking users is handled in this page: you can also click on the link "Messages" located in the top-right menù of each page of Land of the Sun then on "Blocked Users". Here you can see users that are already blocked and block others. It's possible to unlock a user clicking on "unblock" next to the name of user blocked.
