"About Italy" is a section for the description of many aspects of Italy. In the main manù, near Map Search, there is "About Italy". Here you can find all arguments. Clicking on "About Italy" you'll find a page with a list of all argouments. Argouments are:
- Italian history: from Stone Age to our days, Italian history is very articulated and complex. Here you can find a summary of Italian history. All the other events from the world are told from Italy point of view;
- Italian geography: basic to understand Italy. In this section you can find a description of the most important physical elements (Alps, Appennini, Po valley, Coasts);
- Italian cook: Mediterranean cooking, particularly the Italian one is known all over the world. It's considered the most comprehensive and complete cooking, rich of all essential ingredients for human beings and to lead a healthy life. In this section you will find a regional description of Italian cook. Each district has typical products and a traditional cooking style. Here you will find them described. "Glossary" in "Italian food" you will find a small dictionary of italian dishes.
- Glossary: in this glossary many Italian words related to the tradition are explained.
- Useful informations: here you can find some useful informations to experience Italy safetly. You'll find informations about medical emergency, about rules of the road and other issues to pay attention.
